Unique approach to Agile and Scrum training:

The leadership perspective

Other Scrum courses see managers and stakeholder as external to the Scrum framework, people who needs to be "handled".

This course, based both in Scrum theory and 10+ years of personal experience, focuses on you, the stakeholder, and how you can get the best results when working in a Scrum/Agile setting.

Don't get frustrated with your Scrum Team: Get involved!

Do you ever feel that they are are speaking a different language?
Scrum needs you as an engaged stakeholder to be successful!

  • There is no Project Manager anywhere - who do you talk to?
  • You can't just order them to do something.
  • There is no Project Plan - how can they work at all?
  • They are changing your estimates and suggesting changes.
  • They apparently don't want to stick to deadlines.
  • They won't write a full and detailed specification of everything.
  • You have to wait for the next Sprint to get anything done.
  • They want to release the product before all the features are finished.
  • They need clarity and priority, from you and other managers.
  • Help the team understand customer needs - bring them along.
  • Join Scrum Events to learn what is going on with the product.
  • Innovate as you go - in a structured and effective manner.
  • Work with the team to improve process continuously and smartly.
  • Help the company strike a balance between planning and flexibility.
  • Trust the team to find their own way to work - it pays off.
  • Test business assumptions fast and get happier customers.

Christian Triantafillou Schade

Agile Leadership Consultant, writer and trainer. Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE).
About your trainer
Christian is an Agile practitioner, seasoned project manager, accredited Scrum & DevOps trainer and leadership consultant. He is now bringing his expertise and unique view of Agile, modern leadership and related disciplines such as Scrum and DevOps to the students at the Corporate Revolutionary Academy, which he has co-founded.
" I have extensive experience in the digital industry and have witnessed both the success and failure of Lean-Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe. I've also made my own share of mistakes, which can now benefit you through the training available in the Corporate Revolutionary Academy.

Ultimately, effective leadership, an open mindset, and intelligent practices are key to success. It's not just about theory, a practical perspective is also necessary.

The ability to organize work and use conceptual tools is the most important human superpower. However, this ability also contains the potential for failure. To succeed, it's essential to know the basics, to do what you say you will and communicate what you're doing.

Improving the way we work is a never-ending process. Both the Agile approach and the organization must adapt to the changing context surrounding them."
Christian is highly experienced and has worked with:
  • Building, training and coaching Scrum teams and scaled Agile setups
  • Roles: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Director, Agile Director, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Excellence and Leadership Consultant, Agile Coach, DevOps trainer.

  • Startups, SME's and large corporations
  • Public and private sector organizations
  • Many industries, such as media, finance, digital services
  • Project Risk Analysis, high-risk projects and project disaster recovery
