Lifetime content access

  • Customers enjoy lifetime online access to the course materials and any updates, as long as the Academy exists.
  • Recorded live online classes are available for 6 months.
  • Checklists and PDF documents can be downloaded.
  • Unused third-party exam vouchers typically expire after a year, but can be renewed by the third party at reduced cost).

14 days right of return

  • We comply with EU regulations and the 14-day free return. You can request a refund before starting your course or using any materials.
  • Once you begin consuming the service, refunds are not available for self-study/on-demand courses, live online courses, or activated third-party exam vouchers.
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days; up to 30 days in rare cases, depending on your chosen payment. Read more in the Terms and conditions.




Forgot to use a coupon?

  • Did you have a valid discount code and forgot to use it during payment? Up to a month after your purchase, we'll refund you the part of your payment, that you are entitled to from an unused code that was valid at the time of your purchase.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined.

No further fees

  • This is one-time purchase only. You will have access to the content, as soon as your payment has cleared.
  • No further fees will be applied, and you are not purchasing a subscription. 
  • Be aware that included third-party exam vouchers have an expiry date, and we cannot extend or refund them for you. You can extend the expiry date directly with the examining institution, but that must be done before expiry.
